A book which I also received but forgot to put in the video (whoops!) is The Top 100 Low – Carb Recipes by Nicola Graimes which is a great handy little book with lots of recipes helping you reduce your carbohydrate intake. My favourite recipes are chilli beef fajitas using little gem lettuce instead of a wrap and and home-made beef burgers on a mushroom muffin. They both sound lovely to me and I am looking forward to giving them a try!
