Not feeling a 100% today so this post is a short one. We stuck to the meal plan last week, except for yesterday when I talked Stuart into taking us for out for Sunday lunch. This week I am keeping it simple and making a few family favourites.
Monday: chip shop tea
Tuesday: homemade pizza
Wednesday: pasta and bolognaise
Thursday: Gok Wan's soy glazed chicken and rice
Saturday: gammon, egg and chips
Sunday: beef stew in the slow cooker
