Giveaway: Natural Selection Hamper

Another week, another giveaway! How lucky are you lovely lot! This week I am pleased to let you know that I have hamper from Natural Selection to send to one lucky reader. In the hamper there are:

  1. i like baked fish in parsley sauce petit pois and mash for good friday and roast lamb for Easter sunday lunch
    hard boiled eggs with marble pattern/from teabags onion peel stsining for salad at teatime – NE English tradition of jarping hit each others one with whole egg left wins

    We have roast beef and yorkshire pudding with all the trimmings for dinner on Easter Sunday, but the dish i enjoy making for Easter is a simnel cake, i follow my Grandmothers recipie and make it in February so the favours soak into the dried fruit i then decorate it with marzipan, a real treat to look forward too after lent.

    I love to make a chocolate easter cake with lashings of melted chocolate covering it and then pop mini eggs and little fluffy chicks on the top. We also have boiled eggs for breakfast with different food colourings on the shells to give them a decorative easter look.

  4. I love making roast lamb with all the traditional trimmings on Easter Sunday, always to be eaten late in the day to give us time to digest all the chocolate eggs 1st :)

  5. I go for the American “Brunch!” This includes fluffy pancakes, streaky bacon, flat sausages, and “biscuits!” nom nom nom

    I love to cook pancakes for breakfast on Easter morning! I make some blueberry and maple syrup jam and pour over them while warm! yummy! x

  9. I love marzipan, so at easter I like to make a Simnel cake, making sure there’s plenty marzipan on top:)

  10. I like to make hot cross buns.

  11. I love Hot Cross buns, but instead of baking separate buns I bake the dough into a loaf so we can cut thin slices and toast them – it’s even nicer that way! Plus on the rare occasions we let any of it go stale, it can be made into a great bread and butter pudding.

  12. I love making an Easter wreath its a rice crispie and Werthers toffee mix and fill with mini eggs.

  13. I always make a nice simnel cake (or two or three lol) at this time of year, goes down a treat

  14. I Like to make chocolate rice crispy cakes with mini eggs on top!! Made them when I was younger and the love for them stuck :) The hamper looks great! x x

  16. I like to make mini egg nests, coating cornflakes in milk chocolate and putting some mini eggs on top.

  17. Roast Turkey dinner, just like Christmas (only two times of year we have it!)

  18. I love chocolate and I love marzipan, so I make a chocolate cake with chunks of marzipan stirred into the mixture. Topped with more chocolate and mini-eggs, it’s my Easter favourite :)

  19. My favourite Easter dish is Hot Cross Buns which I’m making right now for our breakfast on Easter Sunday :)

  20. I make some type of lemon cake/dessert and it now become family tradition every Easter. I try to vary the recipes and thats how Ive found you. I know its a bit late but I haven’t made this years effort yet so I’m browsing the web looking for inspiration. Found lots of lovely recipes so now I just need to get cracking.

    Roast shoulder of Lamb with all the trimmings. I prefer the shoulder to the leg. Roasted nice and slowly and with slivers of garlic and sprigs of rosemary put under the skin. Yum yum

    Simple and easy and taste like heaven.
    It is our family tradition and we always make it specially for Easter
